Return Policy
In-Stock/Ordered (Non-Custom)
20% Restocking Fee applies to ALL furniture returns. Please contact the store as soon as you know you would like to make a return. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery or receipt of furniture.
Returns will be accepted upon inspection. If the item(s) are damaged or stained, an additional fee may apply.
Custom Orders
This furniture was built for you. Due to the uniqueness of custom furniture and our limited floor space, Gibson Furniture has the right to refuse a return. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery or receipt of furniture. Accepted returns will incur a 20% restock fee.
Mattresses
Restonic and Ashley Brand mattresses have a 60-day trial period.
Nectar mattresses have a 365-day trial period. To qualify, the mattress must be absolutely clean. Mattresses must be kept 90 days.
All mattress returns are subject to a $199 removal fee.
