Return Policy
In-Stock/Ordered (Non-Custom)
20% Restocking Fee applies to ALL furniture returns. Please contact the store as soon as you know you would like to make a return. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery or receipt of furniture.
Custom Orders
This furniture was built for you. Due to the uniqueness of custom furniture and our limited floor space, Gibson Furniture has the right to refuse a return. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery or receipt of furniture. Accepted returns will incur a 20% restock fee.
Mattresses
Restonic and Ashley Brand mattresses have a 60-day trial period. If you decide to return the mattress during that period, there is a 20% restocking fee.
Nectar mattresses have a 365-day trial period. To qualify, the mattress must be sold with a mattress pad and be absolutely clean. Mattress must be kept 90 days to get adjusted to it. A $199 removal fee will apply.
